Deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation

The exercise "Loving Mindfulness" leads to the recognition of the changeable of thoughts, feelings, behavior and actions - all processes that move us humans. Regular practice brings about self-purification, insight into comprehensive truths through direct experience. As a side effect, its application dissolves the causes of psychosomatic disorders and helps to cope with problems of everyday life.

Sitting is preceded by deep relaxation and meditative movement.

In a flat, quiet position we create the basis of trust in our body in order to experience the happiness of unity in ourselves in silence. It relieves from all afflictions. A subsequent step invigorates the inner peace with gentle, meditative movement and the feeling of the other as a shared experience.

Cooking tasty and digestible is an art. Ayurveda composes food in such a way that it makes mind and body healthy and keeps them healthy.

Association for Humane Art and Culture

The new human

  • is a community in which humanity, wisdom and heart education are important parts of life.

  • is a forum for people who want to bring ethical and cultural values to the community for the benefit of the community

  • Socio-religious and cultural tolerance and acceptance are the pillars of this humane building. The focus is on being and becoming human as the smallest common multiple, for the benefit of all beings.

  • The promotion and balancing of individual and holistic competence for the peaceful preservation and use of the earth are central concerns of the charitable activity.

  • Shared and personal responsibility in a community shaped by humanity should go hand in hand with the development of these skills.

The aim is a culture of freedom in which we prepare to be happy. Die  which appreciates intellectual and ethical goods, maintains their tradition and examines and revises them for their contemporary relevance.

In this sphere of activity, voluntary commitment and compassion for oneself and others should be particularly addressed.

The association would like to locate funding projects particularly at the weak points of society, which are not sufficiently reached by other (state and non-profit) organisations.

Family, child and youth care and the appreciation of old age are priorities. This also includes the inclusion of the local environment. The respect and appreciation of old age, to revive this valuable pool of life experience, as well as to give the children and young people strength in their future significance should characterize the cooperation.

Painting of the refuge on the Hohenstein

(Germanic sanctuary)

Ostera or Joy

In 1985, as a gift to my homeland, I had the opportunity to renovate and paint the refuge on the Hohenstein. The Hohenstein is the highest nature reserve in the Weser Uplands.

I meditated there for 3 months and observed the geomantic conditions. It turned out to be one of my finest works. For 30 years, in cooperation with the forester's office, I received the driving license for the annual maintenance.

We would be happy about a successor to preserve the painting there.
